Terms of service

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility and accounts

Our products are intended for businesses and professionals aged 18 or over. If you subscribe on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account; report suspected misuse to suporte@tavlabs.com.br immediately.

3. Subscriptions, price and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by licensed providers: Asaas in Brazil and Paddle in other markets, with Paddle acting as merchant of record. Tavlabs does not store card data.

Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the following billing cycle. You may cancel before renewal under our refund and cancellation policy.

4. Non-payment

If a payment fails, we notify you by email and keep access open for 7 calendar days. If the amount remains unpaid, the subscription is suspended; after 30 days of suspension the account may be closed and data deleted as described in our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Use of our products is subject to the acceptable use policy. Breaches may lead to immediate suspension, with notice whenever notice is possible.

6. Your content, our software

Your content stays yours. Tavlabs claims no ownership over the data, text, images and files you submit; we process them solely to operate the service you contracted, on your instructions. You can export your data while the account is active.

The software is ours. A subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for the term of the contract. Copying, reselling, decompiling or creating derivative works is not permitted without written consent. For custom projects, ownership of deliverables is set out in the project contract, which prevails over this clause.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the services continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email at suporte@tavlabs.com.br, within the response times published on our contact page.

8. Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party platforms — social networks, payment providers and AI services. Rule changes, outages or blocks imposed by those platforms may affect functionality and are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavlabs' liability for losses connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for loss of profits or indirect damages. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable consumer law grants and does not allow to be excluded.

10. Term and termination

The contract runs while the subscription is active. You may cancel at any time. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of a breach of these terms or of the acceptable use policy. After termination you have 30 days to export your data.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means acceptance; if you disagree, you may cancel at no additional cost.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of Sete Lagoas/MG having jurisdiction, except where consumer law grants the consumer the right to sue in their own place of domicile.
