Acceptable use policy
This policy applies to every Tavlabs product and forms part of the terms of service. It exists to protect customers, third parties and the platform itself.
1. General rule
Use our products for your legitimate work, respecting the law, the rights of others and the rules of the platforms we integrate with.
2. Prohibited
- carrying out or facilitating illegal activity, fraud or money laundering;
- sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content that impersonates another person or company;
- publishing content that infringes copyright, trademarks or image rights, or that involves hate speech, harassment, child exploitation or incitement to violence;
- distributing malware or using the platform to attack third-party systems;
- circumventing technical or plan limits — automating sign-ups, evading quotas, or reselling access without written authorisation;
- decompiling, copying or creating derivative works from our software beyond what the law permits;
- consuming resources at a level that degrades the service for other customers, beyond what the contracted plan provides for.
3. Social media publishing
When using products that publish to third-party networks, you remain bound by each network's own terms. You confirm you are authorised to act for the brands and accounts you connect, and you are responsible for the content published. Restrictions applied by those networks to accounts that breach their rules are outside our control.
4. Security testing
Security testing against Tavlabs systems requires prior written authorisation. Vulnerabilities should be reported to juridico@tavlabs.com.br before any disclosure — responsible reports are welcome.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may request a fix within a deadline, suspend the feature involved, or suspend the account. Where there is imminent risk to third parties or to the platform, suspension is immediate and notice follows. Serious breaches lead to termination, without prejudice to any legal remedies.
6. Reporting abuse
To report misuse of a Tavlabs product, write to juridico@tavlabs.com.br describing what happened, with evidence where possible. Every report received is reviewed.
